CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the provider's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require a strict 24 hour notice for any cancellation or change to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment, will be charged a non-negotiable cancellation fee ($100 for skincare services/consultations/follow-up appointments; $200 for injectable appointments; $275 permanent makeup deposit will be forfeited). NO EXCEPTIONS

Late Arrivals: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for consents and imaging. A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment time will be shortened. If you arrive 15+ minutes late, there may not be enough allotted time to provide a quality service. In this case, the appointment will be forfeited and the standard late cancellation fee will apply.

Weather: Colorado Beauty RN™ wants you to be safe. If you are uncomfortable driving in the snow, please check the weather the week of your appointment and be mindful of our cancellation policy. If Colorado Beauty RN™ closes due to inclement weather, the staff will call you to reschedule your appointment. 

FAQ - WHY DO WE HAVE THESE POLICIES?

If you have to change your appointment last minute, we understand. As you can imagine, most people believe their reason for late cancellation deserves an exception. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions and waive the cancellation fee for some clients and not for others. We love you all equally and truly feel for you. Having a policy does not mean your provider or company doesn’t care about you or deliver exceptional care.

If you think you should not be charged a late cancellation fee, please find a provider without a late cancellation policy or with one that aligns with your beliefs and lifestyle. If a spot does not get filled, we miss out on an opportunity to serve clients on our waitlist. Our time cannot be replaced. We respect your time and appreciate you respecting ours as well.
